Manual master Malcom Watson got locked up over a weekend recently for the crime of skating the USC blocks. To add insult to injury, no bail bondsmen would deal with him because the bail (at $400) was too small to be profitable. “They’re used to drug dealers putting $25,000 down in cash!” said Watson upon release.
